Which service do you need?
Film or tape to view, edit or archive. See film scanning, video tape digitisation or audio digitisation, depending on the original format.
Exposed Super 8 film that hasn’t been developed. Super 8 processing, with or without a scan.
Files on a drive, card or LTO tape that can’t be read. Data recovery. Stop using the media until we’ve discussed it, as continued use can make recovery harder.
A deck, monitor, camera or tripod with a fault. Equipment servicing.

The format of each tape, reel, disc or device. If you’re not sure, describe it and we’ll help identify it.
Roughly how many tapes, reels or devices you have.
Any visible damage, mould or signs of poor storage.
For a drive, card or LTO tape: what happened and which files you need back.
For equipment: the make and model, and the fault you’ve noticed.
How you’ll use the result, if you know. You don’t need to choose a resolution or file format; we’ll suggest options when we quote.
